My name is Oscar, and I'm incredibly passionate about game development.
I've always had a calling for interactive software since playing and learning through DOS games. I've always felt in my heart that videogames are the medium from which truly unique experiences can be achieved.
No other media has proven to show such innovation than game development. And there's still so much more to trek.
I love developing unique experiences through various hardware for education, entertainment, business and industrial applications. And my strengths lay in the Unity and Unreal Engines as well as algorithms, XR, netcode and new technologies like ECS & DOTS for Unity and DevOps workflows.
I believe that new technologies open the door for new experiences to create. That is why I always make an effort to stay up to date with game engine updates, tech releases and evolving C++/C# releases. With the right mind and a strong will, any group or individual can shape the landscape of this ever evolving medium.
As a full stack developer, I've made an effort in becoming a capable generalist able to adapt to most work environments as efficiently as possible while also trying to work an edge on new technologies to remain competitive and experienced. As a founder of my own studio and as its COO I've adapted CI/CD workflows with the developers I hired to our IPs. I created the architecture, design and workflow of a cutting edge industrial tool developed in Unity and I've been invited to collaborate with Unity articles and invitations to Unity's UNITE and Industy Summits.
